安溪铁观音茶产品详细介绍 称为特种茶，故被誉为我国茶业百花园中的一朵奇葩，香漂四海，饮誉五洲。它具有红茶之甘醇、绿茶之鲜爽和花茶之芳香，深受消费者的喜爱。 铁观音：又称红心观音、红样观音。清雍正年间在安溪发现并开始推广。植株为灌木型。叶型椭圆、叶色浓绿，叶厚质脆，叶缘波状，略向后翻，嫩梢肥壮略带紫红，开花多、结实率高，但萌芽率不太高。天性娇弱，产理较低，有“好喝不好栽”之说 泡饮方法：选用瓷质或陶质小盅（其他有盖杯类也可）。放入适量茶叶，冲以沸水，约半分种，倒出即可饮用。不易久浸或熬煮，水温越高香气越好，每泡茶可反复冲泡数遍，其色、香、味犹存
